…also known as Småland’s national day, then we eat “massipantåta”. Created by Emil Åren at Facit Bar. One of the more famous marzipan cakes is the “White Lady”, which also happens to be one of the world’s most famous cocktails. He twists it and add a splash of Swedish Punch, raspberries in the simple syrup & garnishes the drink with marzipan leaves – genius!

• 30 ml Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
• 10 ml Kronan Punch
• 30 ml Lemon juice
• 10 ml Raspberry Simple Syrup
• 10 ml Egg white
• Marzipan leaves

How to make it:
Pour all the ingredients except the marzipan leaves into a shaker and shake first without ice, to form a lovely texture on the drink. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until it is cold. Double strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with marzipan leaves.

Serve and enjoy.
