LYDÉN DISTILLERY SIGNATURE G&T

This is how we prefer our G&T with our DRY GIN

Mix 5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin & 10cl Ekobryggeriet Granskott tonic in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with Lingonberries & a sprig of Rosemary.

LINGONBERRY SOUR

5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
3cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2cl Simple syrup
1 Egg white
About 10 frozen lingonberries
2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker except Angostura Bitters.
2. Dry shake well to form a good foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until it becomes cold.
4. Double strain * up into a chilled cocktailglass and add 2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters
Double strain* means that you use a finer strainer that catches things that others would slip through and the usual cocktail strainer.

“BRYNT SMÖR RABARBER SOUR”

5cl Butter-washed Lydén Distillery Dry Gin *
3cl Rhubarb simple syrup
1cl Triple Sec
4cl Limejuice

Butter-washed Lydén Distillery Dry Gin *
– Brown 25g butter and let cool a bit.
– Add 10cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin.
– Stir well and pour it into a plastic box or similar and put it in the freezer.
– Then freeze while stirring, that you occasionally pick it out, stir and put it back in the freezer. Do this a few times for an hour until the butter has set.
– Take out the box, strain the contents of, for example, a coffee filter and save the liquid! The solidified butter should not be used.

Shake all the ingredients, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, serve and enjoy!

LINGON FIZZ

5 cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
2.5cl Lemon juice
2.5cl simple syrup
1 egg white
About 10 frozen lingonberries
Soda

Shake everything except the soda water, double strain it in to a glass of your choice filled with ice, top with soda water and enjoy!

PINK G&T

This is how we prefer our G&T with the PINK GIN

Mix 5cl Lydén Distillery Pink Gin & 10cl Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh pear slice & a sprig of lemon thyme.

NAVY G&T

This is how we prefer our G&T with the NAVY GIN

Mix 4cl Lydén Distillery Navy Gin & 10cl Tonic, we prefer Three Cents Tonic Water in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with Lingonberries & lemon zest.

COSMONAUT

5cl Lydén Distillery Navy Gin
2,5cl Lemon juice
3 bar spoons of raspberry jam

Shake all the ingredients, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, serve and enjoy!
