This is how we prefer our G&T with our DRY GIN

Mix 5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin & 10cl Ekobryggeriet Granskott tonic in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with Lingonberries & a sprig of Rosemary.

NAVYTIVO

Mix 4cl Lydén Distillery Navy Gin, 2 dashes of Campari & 10cl Ekobryggeriet Aperitivo Tonic in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.

“BRYNT SMÖR RABARBER SOUR”

5cl Butter-washed Lydén Distillery Dry Gin *
3cl Rhubarb simple syrup
1cl Triple Sec
4cl Limejuice

Butter-washed Lydén Distillery Dry Gin *
– Brown 25g butter and let cool a bit.
– Add 10cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin.
– Stir well and pour it into a plastic box or similar and put it in the freezer.
– Then freeze while stirring, that you occasionally pick it out, stir and put it back in the freezer. Do this a few times for an hour until the butter has set.
– Take out the box, strain the contents of, for example, a coffee filter and save the liquid! The solidified butter should not be used.

Shake all the ingredients, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, serve and enjoy!

NAVY G&T

This is how we prefer our G&T with the NAVY GIN

Mix 4cl Lydén Distillery Navy Gin & 10cl Tonic, we prefer Hammars Tonic Original in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.

PINK G&T

This is how we prefer our G&T with the PINK GIN

Mix 5cl Lydén Distillery Pink Gin & 10cl Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water in a glass of your choice filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh pear slice & a sprig of lemon thyme.

SIMPLE.

5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
5cl fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
5cl Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit in to a glass of your choice filled with ice and enjoy!

 

THE DRY MARTINI

One of the worlds most classic and known cocktails, the Dry Martini.

6cl Lydén Distillery Navy Gin
10 ml Dry Vermouth
Lemon zest

Pour Lydén Distillery and the Dry Vermouth into a stirring glass.
Next up, put a large piece of ice in to the stirring glass and stir gently for about 20 seconds for a perfect dilution. Strain into a chilled cocktails glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
Enjoy.

LIMONCELLO

A while ago Mathin Lundgren – the man behind the book Barmästarens Manual made a Limoncello on our Dry Gin and it turned out well! So good that we just have to share it! 🙏🏻

You need:
Peel 4 lemons
200ml caster sugar
200ml lemon juice
350ml Lydén Distillery Dry Gin

How to do it:
-Start by peeling the lemons and place the peel in a glass jar with a lid.
-Add caster sugar and stir.
-Pour in lemon juice & gin.
-Shake, leave for 24 hours.
Strain the lemon peel, pour into a bottle, let stand for 72 hours.
-Serve over an ice cube with a lemon zest and enjoy!

 

LINGONBERRY SOUR

5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
3cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2cl Simple syrup
1 Egg white
About 10 frozen lingonberries
2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker except Angostura Bitters.
2. Dry shake well to form a good foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until it becomes cold.
4. Double strain * up into a chilled cocktailglass and add 2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters
Double strain* means that you use a finer strainer that catches things that others would slip through and the usual cocktail strainer.

LINGON FIZZ

5 cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
2.5cl Lemon juice
2.5cl simple syrup
1 egg white
About 10 frozen lingonberries
Soda

Shake everything except the soda water, double strain it in to a glass of your choice filled with ice, top with soda water and enjoy!

COSMONAUT

5cl Lydén Distillery Navy Gin
2,5cl Lemon juice
3 bar spoons of raspberry jam

Shake all the ingredients, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, serve and enjoy!
