AKVAPALOMA

 

A Swedish twist on the classic Paloma drink.

Recipe:
• 5cl Lydén Distillery Akvavit
• 2cl freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10cl grapefruit soda
• Sea salt with dried crushed lingonberries*

How to make it:
Pour sea salt with crushed dried lingonberries on a plate. Shake a lime wedge on the glass, dip the glass in sea salt with crushed lingonberries. Then fill the glass with ice, pour over Akvavit, squeeze in lime juice and top with grape soda.

Serve and enjoy.

Sea salt with dried crushed lingonberry*
Dry lingonberries in an oven/fruit dryer until they are completely dry. Crush the lingonberries and then mix with sea salt.
