Thai Basil, a modern classic created by the team at the Asian Post Office. David Kringlund has used our Dry Gin in his interpretation and the taste of gin, thai basil, lemon & coconut makes this drink magically delicious.
• 5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
• 3cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2cl Thai Basil-simple syrup
• Coconut foam
How to make it:
Shake the ingredients cold. Strain over a large ice cube into a low glass and top with coconut foam. Garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
