LINGONBERRY SOUR

 

Recipe:
• 5cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
• 3cl Fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 2cl Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg white
• 10 frozen lingonberries 

How to make it:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice to form a good foam. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until it is cold. Double strain* up into a chilled cocktailglass.

Serve and enjoy.

*Double strain means that you use a finer strainer that catches things that others would slip through and the usual cocktail strainer.
