The man behind the book Barmästarens Manual, Mathin Lundgren made a twist on a Limoncello with our Dry Gin and it turned out good, so good that we just have to share it.
• Zest from 4 lemons
• 200g caster sugar
• 20cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 35cl Lydén Distillery Dry Gin
How to make it:
Start by peeling the lemons and put the peel in a glass jar with a lid. Add caster sugar, stir, pour in lemon juice & gin. Shake, let stand for 24 hours.
Strain off the lemon peel, pour into a bottle & store in the fridge.
Serve and enjoy over an ice cube with a lemon zest.
